Robotics: Science and Systems has adopted the IEEE policy on plagiarism.  Please see also the Plagiarism FAQ by the IEEE.  The IEEE Robotics and Automation Society published in their magazine an article on the topic that we believe to be worth reading. We are in the process of implementing an automated plagiarism detection for all submissions to RSS.
